I truly believe that Jack Nacy is the only reason we closed our mortgage on time or maybe even at all.I had serious doubts that that all of the team was onboard but when I called Jack and let him know of my doubts he stepped in and we closed 3 days latet.I will definitely refer my friends and family to Jack in the future.Thank you again Jack for stepping up for my wife and I.

Courtney was pleasant, professional and answered all questions well. She handled the initial phase of the application with speed and efficiency. Only negative comment I can make is to slow down her talking on the phone. Was hard at times to understand and comprehend everything she was saying as she talks very fast.
