In that period we have had several mortgages and refinances. Of all of these, thanks to Bryan and crew, the two refinances with Rocket Mortgage have been by far the easiest and fastest. Being able to do everything via computer is a major factor. Closing is also extremely easy. We hold title to our home in a family trust. When doing a refinancing, this requires retitling the home into me and my wife's name and retitling back to the trust after settlement. In previous transactions of this type, this has required having our attorney do the paperwork, at additional cost. Rocket Mortgage has done this for us. No charge. And, much to our amazement, the settlement agent even came to our house. what more can you ask for.

One little thing. I think the title "Rocket Mortgage" sounds much more professional than "Rocket".Read MoreRead Less

Sam was amazing, I lived in an area where the agents would not take your offer if you didn't use a local lender. So I told Sam I was using someone in my area. He was very understanding & asked if I needed him, to just contact him (months later). Which I did, Sam picked right up were we left off and processed my load, within 30 days. Dan exemplified true professionalism and insight throughout the home loan process. His ability to provide detailed loan options specific to my needs was very much appreciated. I regarded myself as a savvy home buyer, but I would have certainly missed out on savings and opportunities had I not met Dan.
