I enjoyed working with Tim Koenig on refinancing my house. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the refinance and answered all of my questions. The refinance was a couple months in the doing because I had to fix some bad spots around the edge of the roof. Tim kept my rate locked in for the duration and was a big help. Thanks Tim!!

Michael is a great representative of Rocket Mortgage. He is very knowledgeable and informative with regards to the details of our loan. I shopped multiple companies and Michael and Rocket Mortgage provided the most screening up front. Within minutes of the conversation, we pulled credit and had a great idea of the homes value. Most other companies want you to pay an application fee or proceed with the appraisal fee. The only knock on Michael was after I was "locked in" with my rate, I called him to ask a question and got voicemail with no return call. Everytime I called before being "locked in", I got an answer or a callback. No big deal honestly because the rest of the Rocket Mortgage team has someone in place to answer questions immediately.
