His customer service is second to none. He was able to answer any questions I had and put any concerns at ease. Courtney was pleasant, professional and answered all questions well. She handled the initial phase of the application with speed and efficiency. Only negative comment I can make is to slow down her talking on the phone. Was hard at times to understand and comprehend everything she was saying as she talks very fast.
