Dan was very good about explaining the process and took a hands-on approach to keeping us updated on the various steps and made sure we got the initial paperwork together. At some point in this application process we were turned over to the underwriters for additional paperwork, and that process went very smoothly. Couldn't have asked for a better re-finance experience.
