Kudos to Abe Faraj not only as a great asset to Rocket Mortgage but most importantly a caring human being. Abe gave us step by step direction on how to proceed in filing for the loan. Gave the numbers involved. Reviewed our credit card debt in relationship to the mortgage application. Explained the debt/income ratio, etc. Our original action was for the purchase of the home but the deal fell ...Kudos to Abe Faraj not only as a great asset to Rocket Mortgage but most importantly a caring human being. He even put us in touch with real estate agent to help us find a new home and still be on the look out for any changes in the sale status of the original home we were trying to buy. That real estate agent's name was Jeremiah. He was also awesome. In the end we decided to remodel our existing home.
