Sorry, I took so long to give input of the service I received. Working with Brent Saxe has renewed my faith in the system of respect. honesty, caring and professionalism. My most recent experience with one of the largest banks in the nation was a nightmare.They stalled with the same question over and over regarding my pension. My well known financial Investment company submitted to them ...Sorry, I took so long to give input of the service I received. Working with Brent Saxe has renewed my faith in the system of respect. honesty, caring and professionalism. My most recent experience with one of the largest banks in the nation was a nightmare.They stalled with the same question over and over regarding my pension. My well known financial Investment company submitted to them guarantee letters and financial statements which did not satisfy this big commercial bank. This bank had my savings and two checking accounts for over 20 years coupled with my excellent credit ratings It took six months of application processing that resulted in no refinancing due to “lack of required document”.
I saw the commercial of Rocket Mortgage coupled with an endorsement from a friend regarding refinancing so I decided to give Rocket Mortgage a chance. It was the best decision I made. I spoke to Brent, who put me at ease and gave me the feeling that he cares. The process was easy, encouraging and unstressful. In less than a month I closed with no obstacles. I wish I had known of Rocket Mortgage before I certainly will recommend them to my friends and others. Thanks Brent for the pleasant experience of refinancing.

The house we are presently in, we were buying on contract and rolled it into a permanent mortgage in December, 2016....it took us 5 months to finally close on December 31. It was a nightmare!!! We knew we had equity and wanted to do a refinance so that we could do some updating. I was very hesitant to even go in that direction again, but I took a chance and contacted Rocket Mortgage on-line and...The house we are presently in, we were buying on contract and rolled it into a permanent mortgage in December, 2016....it took us 5 months to finally close on December 31. It was a nightmare!!! We knew we had equity and wanted to do a refinance so that we could do some updating. I was very hesitant to even go in that direction again, but I took a chance and contacted Rocket Mortgage on-line and received a call from Brent in about 10 min. This was this past summer and it took us about 45 days to close. It was the BEST call I ever made. Brent is an absolute joy to work with and I couldn't be more pleased with the whole process and the outcome!!! We just recently did a second refinance and were able to switch from an FHA to a Conventional loan and be able to drop our PMI, which saved us $115.00 a month on our mortgage. Again, I worked with Brent and again, it was a joy!!! We closed in about 15 days!!! Brent is helpful, honest and caring!!! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage or refi. Most importantly for me, was the rapport that Brent and I had during each process...he's extremely easy to talk to and he just made the whole thing a very positive experience!!!
