This was my first experience using Rocket Mortgage to re-finance my house. To my surprise, Gabe was easy to work with as was his staff. He was very knowledgeable and my closing closed within two weeks without any problems. I would recommend Gabe and his staff to everybody that is considering re-financing their homes.

From our first contact through the final closing he was always there for us. He did not waste time. When the time came in 2017, I naturally contacted the company and met Brian. From our first contact through the final closing he was always there for us. He did not waste time. He was increadibly efficient and Rocket Mortgage's system took away all of the frustration normally associated with the home mortgage loan process. While the system is great, Brian made it work. He did not ask for more information than was needed. He never asked for duplicates. there was instant communication whether I asked a question or he needed some more data on his end. Everything was done electronically -- a fabulous emil process. We started the process around September 12 and closed on October 20. Rocket Mortgage and people like Brian make traditional bank images (such as Wells Fargo) live up to their stodgy brand images i.e. using a stage coach versus 21st century technology. Dan is very helpful and patient. I had a delay due to health reasons in finishing my loan. Dan kept everyone informed and up to date so I wouldn't have to redo any steps when I was better. I was able to pick up right where I was at and proceed. Having one person stay with me through the whole process made the experience pleasant and easy.

Is it possible to give more than a 5? I can't begin to tell you how amazing Brian was with my loan. He went above and beyond expectations. He was available at all hours (I think I woke him up once, very early in the morning). He promptly answered all questions. From agents to attorneys, inspectors, title companies, escrow companies etc., I felt like a bull in a ring being stuck by a thousand pokers. I felt like everyone including Chris was out to get me, but after he answered all my questions, my mind and emotions were at ease. He made me feel like a friend and not a number or bank book. He stuck with me for over a year while the bank played all kinds of games. I truly appreciate all the work he did and his personal coaching which was not part of his job. Every time I called frustrated, he was there to calm my fears and insecurities. He even made himself available while on vacation when I needed an updated approval letter!
