Jack made the refinance process the easiest and smoothest experience I could have asked for. He and his team were always available and responsive to any and all questions that came up. Jack and the entire team at Rocket Mortgage were awesome. It almost felt as though he was attending to my loan and my individual situations only. I don't know how they streamline the process so well but when I say that he helped eliminate so much leg work on my end so that I could maintain my focus and continue to finish the work that I had started o. The home in a timely manner before the loan process had begun. There were a few hiccups along the way due to some old medical bills of which a lien was placed on my home but Jack helped me work through them getting me the lowest possible interest rate, devising a plan to refi in 6 to 12 months and closing the loan. It's been 6 months now. And after the new year, I look forward to working with him once again to refi to a VA loan to obtain rock bottom interest and eliminate the additional PMI cost that i am paying now. I can't say enough good things about Jack! We were first time homebuyers and Jack was incredibly professional, patient, understanding, informative and answered ALL of our (many!) questions thoroughly and with great care. Chris was beyond helpful and caring. He made me feel educated and in the loop about my mortgage application. I could get a hold of him at all times, and if I left a message I could expect a phone call back with in hours. I did not have the same experience with all team members at Rocket Mortgage, but Chris was by far the best out of them all.
