I couldnt be happier with Sam and his team. When I thought all was lost Sam was referred to me; he moved the process through quickly and to the exact specifications I needed. All of those I dealt with were very professional but it wasn't until I was handed off to Joe that I felt there was a great connection with someone that truly had my best interest in mind. Joe was extremely responsive, had many great suggestions to make my process go smoother and seemed genuinely excited that Nick and I found our new home. Joe made sure everything was in order for the underwriters and was great in relaying to me everything that I needed to do to make everything go great!
