I couldnt be happier with Sam and his team. When I thought all was lost Sam was referred to me; he moved the process through quickly and to the exact specifications I needed. Joe was extremely responsive, had many great suggestions to make my process go smoother and seemed genuinely excited that Nick and I found our new home. Joe made sure everything was in order for the underwriters and was great in relaying to me everything that I needed to do to make everything go great!
