It was great working with Tito. He was very helpful and nice throughout the entire process. Tito checked in on a regular basis to answer any questions that may have come up and also to just talk a little about life. Very knowledgeable and all around a good guy. Dan was solid throughout the entire loan process, and we gladly give him 5 stars. Dan gets it--the mortgage process CAN be confusing (dare I say a mystery that leaves homebuyers wondering if they're getting the short end of the stick).

Dan walked us through the myriad of questions we had with ease. Gabe Munoz worked with us tirelessly. He gave us several options and thoroughly explained each, so that we completely understood. He remained in constant contact with us, many times after his work hours, just to make sure we were happy. Gabe never pushed us to do something we were not ready to do.
