Dan was solid throughout the entire loan process, and we gladly give him 5 stars. Dan gets it--the mortgage process CAN be confusing (dare I say a mystery that leaves homebuyers wondering if they're getting the short end of the stick).

Gabe Munoz worked with us tirelessly. He gave us several options and thoroughly explained each, so that we completely understood. He remained in constant contact with us, many times after his work hours, just to make sure we were happy. Gabe never pushed us to do something we were not ready to do. Oscar and his team were just awesome. We put off for years refinancing our mortgage. Thought it would be to difficult gathering the documents needed. But Oscar walked us through it all the way.
