My family and I had been looking at a number of homes for months, including the one we eventually purchased. Since the beginning, Joe was our guy. He did an excellent job of periodically checking in to see if there had been progress towards purchasing a home and seeing if there was anything that he could help with. Every time we reached out to him and he was not immediately available, he got to us very quickly! Eventually, when we got to the point where we had a purchase agreement in-place, Joe went over and above in walking us through everything that needed to happen to get through in the expedited manner than the Sellers needed this to go through...
...As it turned out, through the help of Joe and the team he worked with, we were able to go from signed purchase agreement to mortgage close in 3 weeks! It was fantastic!
