Honestly, we were afraid to even try to refinance. Reluctantly, we contacted Rocket Mortgage and Tito Sanchez. From the first contact until our closing three weeks later, the difference in experience could not have been more different. Tito and his staff were so friendly, helpful and professional. They walked us through the process step by step and bent over backwards to answer our questions and be helpful. The online application program Rocket Mortgage has developed is so easy and removes all stress and anxiety. I will never deal with anyone else but Rocket Mortgage. Thank you so much Tito, Austin and Gyna! You're fantastic!!
