After taking the loan application, Oscar turned me over to a very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful lady, Ashley Gatton, who helped me complete my "DO LIST." The Closing Teams was thorough and precise as well. Too, I used my own local Title Closing Attorney, which is another plus offered by Rocket Mortgage in addition to their own in-home title closing.

Rocket Mortgage' on-line application procedure is very efficient, and throughout the process, keep you informed of every move taken. In addition to the on-line proficiency, I had live access to Oscar and Ashley via telephone. I grew attached them.

For those skeptical of taking a loan online vs at your local bank... Let me tell you that working with Jason was very painless. He called me a few hours after i went to sleep and I asked him to call me back later in the day at 3pm. He called me back promptly at 3pm and then stayed on the phone with me for over 2 hours answering all of my questions and more importantly asking me questions on what ...For those skeptical of taking a loan online vs at your local bank... In a little over 30 days my loan was approved and ready to sign.

I fully recommend Rocket Mortgage and especially Jason to help you and your family/friends with taking out a loan with Rocket Mortgage. In fact all of the people I was in contact with at Rocket Mortgage were very helpful, courteous, and made sure to update you every step of the way. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and walked me through the process. He kept checking with me to assure that I understood each request. When anything had to be amended to assure that the mortgage would go through he explained the procedure. I was very pleased with my dealings with Tito. He is a fine man.
