It isn't often that I respond to review requests, but this on one of those moments. Joe answered the phone when I called to get a "general idea" of the cost of buying my home. My goodness. I was educated, encouraged, and welcomed warmly by this kind, knowledgeable man. He, as we chatted, got appropriate information from me, and voila, there was an estimate. MY LAST MORTGAGE WAS A NIGHTMARE, CHUCK MADE THIS ONE A DREAM!! HE STUCK BY ME EVERY STEP OF THE WAY!! IF YOU CAN SCAN A DOCUMENT AND PRESS THE UPLOAD BUTTON THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO! CHUCK STAYED IN CONTACT WITH ME AND COACHED ME ON MY WAY. COULDN'T ASK FOR A BETTER EXPERIENCE HE MADE IT SO SIMPLE I WAS AND AM STILL BLOWN AWAY! AAA+++ ALL THE WAY!

I just finished up speaking with Bryan Oczytko at Rocket Mortgage. In a very brief period of time Bryan was able to help me with all my questions. He did so with a professional but very humane demeanor. Nothing like the classic banker. Quite refreshing. I honestly doubt that anyone else could have done a better job than Oscar in guiding us through the loan process.
