Thomas Abraham was awesome!! My husband, Rick had the most interaction with Thomas, and every time he got off the phone with him, he only had wonderful things to say. He talked and walked us through every step of the process, and, most importantly, kept my husband calm. There were times when the "powers that be" kept asking for documentation we had already taken care of, and Thomas explained it ...Thomas Abraham was awesome!! I enjoyed working with Brian and I am satisfied with my new home loan. In hindsight, though, I would have liked to have reviewed at least one or two other options. Rocket Mortgage does not offer the lowest interest rates, nor are their closing costs the cheapest. That said, they are thorough, reputable, and easy to work with.
