Jack, and his team, were incredible!! When I initially applied for a mortgage I did it through Citibank. I had the WORST experience with them, and with only about two weeks left till my closing date switched to Rocket Mortgage. Jack worked very hard on my behalf and we were able to close on our first home. I was the buyers agent on a deal with Same. He was always available whether by phone, email, or text. He did his best to rush order the appraisal so we could close on time. We did have a few appraisal hiccups, but at the end of the day I was happy with his efforts to get us to closing asap.
