Ryan was incredibly wonderful to work with! He was always available and made the loan process smooth and easy. As others have stated, when I moved further through the steps of the loan, other specialists just weren't quite as enthusiastic or approachable as Ryan had been. If I ever have the chance, I would love to work with Ryan again!

Ryan was always available, responded immediately and was incredibly enthusiastic. We found the transition through the loan process to be a bit cumbersome, especially as we were directed to other specialists in the team process where the process became quite impersonal. When we had an issue we could still go to Ryan for clarification. We would have preferred to work exclusively with Ryan.
