Brian was excellent to work with for our mortgage refinance. My dad (a Schwab trader who knows a lot about mortgages) suggested I reach out to Rocket Mortgage for a rate quote after getting one through our original mortgage banker that wasn't horrible, but wasn't great. Brian made himself available to walk me through documents over the phone after Cali business hours, and I was appreciative of his availability so I wouldn't have to deal with these personal matters while at work. I also like that he had people check in with me every step of the way via phone, and I remained very informed. I loved that he sent a notary to our house for final document signing.
