Jason was upfront and candid the entire process. Other lender's had lower prices but sometimes good customer service and honest is more important, at least for me since I plan on purchasing several properties in the future.

It isn't often that I respond to review requests, but this on one of those moments. Joe answered the phone when I called to get a "general idea" of the cost of buying my home. My goodness. I was educated, encouraged, and welcomed warmly by this kind, knowledgeable man. He, as we chatted, got appropriate information from me, and voila, there was an estimate. I just finished up speaking with Bryan Oczytko at Rocket Mortgage. In a very brief period of time Bryan was able to help me with all my questions. He did so with a professional but very humane demeanor. Nothing like the classic banker. Quite refreshing.
