I called Joe one afternoon just to get pre-approved for a mortgage loan. Next thing I knew we were closing on our home. Joe was always there to answer my questions and put me at ease. He returned my calls right away, even on Saturdays! He always seemed helpful and was more than capable of answering any and all questions I had!
