I would give Jack 5 stars he has closed at least 3 loans for me all refinances. My nephew who recently bought his home, I referred him to Jack, my nephew was very happy and felt Jack exceeded what he expected. I would and do refer many friends and family to Rocket Mortgage, unfortunately due to inexperience in refinancing issues and not understanding the market or just don't like change they can be apprehensive. Regardless I always recommend Rocket Mortgage, they have always exceeded my expectations and the only mortgage institution I absolutely trust. Once when I refinanced after Rocket Mortgage with a different institution, and they sold my loan, all I wanted to do was get back to working with who I trust, Rocket Mortgage, thank you!
