Joe is an asset to your company best experience I could have however steps beyond him with others needs improvement (this was not my first experience with Rocket Mortgage ...other times went smoothly ) documents lost not returning calls etc and I recommend you to many friends unfortunately they complained of the same things

Joe was Amazing! He helped me throughout the entire process by telling me step by step what I needed to do. Not only that if I had a question Joe would always return my calls right away. Sometimes I couldn't get the other person in the 2nd step of my loan so I would call Joe and I could always count on him calling me right back within the hour if that.
