I have gone through two work relocation's in the past three years. For the first relocation, I was contacted by three mortgage companies. One of them was Dana Staniec with Rocket Mortgage. I was in a bind dealing with my divorce and had to buy the house outright from my Ex. Sumer was very understanding with this issue and assisted me with the purchase. I ran into some rather large bumps in the road due to the legal actions taking place. Sumer even made some calls for to my attorney to clarify some unanswered questions regarding legal issues. She not only talked with my attorney but...I was in a bind dealing with my divorce and had to buy the house outright from my Ex. She walked us through the process, gave guidance even when not required to (past her portion of the process) and I trusted her feedback/recommendations.
