We really appreciated working with Jonathan. He was very thorough, had excellent communication, and was on top of everything needed way ahead of time. His internal and external communication to make sure everything was on track was exceptional! Our contract had expedited timelines for everything (loan approvals, title search, etc...), and we were not worried at all.
