A year later, I was beginning a new job about 140 miles away and needed to buy a new home. I was definitely going back to Rocket Mortgage and I called, told them what I was looking at, and got a referral to Dana. And, she delivered service quite superbly. Being somewhat of a nervous-nelly, I asked dumb questions about the process (especially when could I lock in the rate) and Dana walked me through that process and gave comfort that we were going to close on time. We did, I am happy, and she is wonderful. All calls were returned timely and had a few unexpected "check in" calls just to see that I was OK. Dana was everything I could asked for during a difficult transition for my family. She went out of her way to make herself avaialble when I needed her. She made me feel at times like I was the only client she had. I could not imagine going through my relocation with anyone else. All I can say about working with Dana- Amazing!!! Due to my horrible first time experience with obtaining a Morgage, I really wanted to avoid refinancing my home loan. Dana explained everything regarding the refinancing and was available via text/email/phone. My work day starts around 5 am and can go till 10 pm - she worked with my schedule. Her assistance and personal care did not end with ...All I can say about working with Dana- Amazing!!! Due to my horrible first time experience with obtaining a Morgage, I really wanted to avoid refinancing my home loan. Dana explained everything regarding the refinancing and was available via text/email/phone. My work day starts around 5 am and can go till 10 pm - she worked with my schedule. Everything about closing my loan with Rocket Mortgage went smoothly. There was constant communication from Dana, the website was easy to navigate, and it was impossible to tell that I wasn't dealing with a local mortgage company. Very good experience overall!
