At first I was nervous about handoffs as we progressed through the loan process because I didn't want to lose Sean as my contact. But he never left me. We entered a week or so long waiting period, and he told me he would call me on a certain date to check in and follow up on items. And HE DID! That alone scores huge points for me because it is so hard to find people that follow through on what they say they will do. And he never disappointed me.
