So we tried Rocket Mortgage, and our expectations were instantly met and then quickly exceeded. Chris was amazing, start to finish. We never felt like we were asking a dumb question, as she always took the time to answer and explain things thoroughly. Her industry knowledge and expertise were very apparent as we navigated the many twists, turns and potholes in the process. And maybe most importantly. we never felt like we were just another transaction to her, but rather that she genuinely cared about our situation and helping us to meet our goals. It's that human element of asking how we're doing, encouraging us when there were setbacks, and cel ebrating with us when there were triumphs.

At any time of day, Chris was constantly going above and beyond to ensure every little detail was being handled perfectly, and that there would be no surprises. She made this entire process more enjoyable than we could have ever imagined. We were certainly not the easiest buyers, with our own unique set of challenges and indecisiveness, but she solved for each and every obstacle with kindness and patience. You shouldn't just trust anybody because they have a license with potentially the largest transaction of your life. Ben was always a step or two ahead of the game as he always knew what would create issues, so he knew what documents/info to ask for up front. In my experience getting mortgages, there ...Ben is a rockstar mortgage banker! He is accountable, professional, communicative and proactive. You shouldn't just trust anybody because they have a license with potentially the largest transaction of your life.
