Don’t even know where to start. We were weeks from bankruptcy. My only hope was a home equity loan but that seemed completely unrealistic due to our debt and credit score! Well here comes Dan Rice. This guy went All Out! He ended up saved by us w a loan. Nobody could do what Dan did. Forever grateful.

We called her over a dozen times..well over a dozen and she ALWAYS returned or answered our calls. We were nervous home buyers as we had lived in our home for over 20 years. We didn't know where to start. Our realtor said "I can give you a list of 3 or more, but the best is Charlotte" ...Charlotte is awesome.
