First of all. My overall experience with using Rocket Mortgage was excellent. This is beaus of the individuals that I communicated with and helped me with my process. Justin was one of those individuals during my last 2-3 weeks before closing. The issues we ran into. He explained them and told me exactly what information I needed and what they were wanting. His explanation was clear, concise and not derogatory. He made one of the most stressful times in someone’s life easy and even enjoyable. By the time we were ready to close. We had all of the documents and everything ready 2 weeks prior. This removed any anxiety and reassured a successful closing.
