Connon was always prompt and curteous when we spoke on the phone. He explained everything in detail and made sure that I, too, understood the process, paperwork, and the jargon that goes along with a mortgage. He kept in constant contact and checked in often. He was great to work with overall and, should my needs change, would work with him again.
