From start to finish, Connor made the entire process as easy as possible. He was always available when I needed a ASAP payment estimate during price negotiations with Seller's Broker and always more than willing to answer all of my questions, even the stupid ones. Even when the loan went into underwriting, he would call and check in with me once a week just to see how things were going and if he could help with anything. Even my realtor, who tried to persuade me to use a local lender instead of Rocket Mortgage, was pleasantly surprised with how smoothly everything went and the consistent availability that Connor was able to give.
