We have not had a good experience at all with Adam. My initial quote had a rate discount with my previous employer; however, I am changing employers. When Adam informed us of this, he said our rate would stay the same, but it would be $700 more at closing. Now two days before closing we find out we have to pay $2400 in points to keep the rate. Adam will not own any of this and just keeps repeating that he told us it would go up $700 and rate stay the same, but will not talk about the fact that he never said we had to buy $2400 in points.
