Aj was very patient with all of my first-time-buyer question. He was knowledgeable and accommodating about my unusual income situation (currently unemployed but just got a full-time job), location (not living in his state or the state in which I wanted to buy a house) and the peculiarities of the home I bought (bank-owned, reverse mortgage, uninhabited for a couple of years). He did a terrific job...Aj was very patient with all of my first-time-buyer question.
