I agree with some of the other reviewers, by far the easiest REFI I've been through. The technology driven workflow is outstanding, and takes a ton of stress and nonsense out of an already tedious process. Further, AJ was easy to get ahold of, patient, detail oriented, which just made it enjoyable.
