Wow - A+++ Service! I have been in IT customer service for years and I was incredibly impressed with how seamless Alex made the process for our first home purchase. He set us at ease and was patient with the multiple offers we put on the table for homes. He never made us feel like we were just a "sale" for him. Our closing happened in just over 30 days --- our realtor had not seen any closes in ...Wow - A+++ Service! The portal that Rocket Mortgage has to organize all documents and needed signatures/information is amazing! You always know where you are at in the process and on top of that Alex supported me every step of the way answering all questions I had prior to our closing to create an amazing experience where we could focus on our new home instead of the process of closing our loan!
