Wow - A+++ Service! I have been in IT customer service for years and I was incredibly impressed with how seamless Alex made the process for our first home purchase. He set us at ease and was patient with the multiple offers we put on the table for homes. He never made us feel like we were just a "sale" for him. Our closing happened in just over 30 days --- our realtor had not seen any closes in ...Wow - A+++ Service! The portal that Rocket Mortgage has to organize all documents and needed signatures/information is amazing!
