I could never say enough great things about Alex Yoas. To be honest, as a consumer, I'm not sure how Alex could improve his job performance. What blew me away was his patience. Our pursuit to find a home was a long one and he never gave up on us. There is a fine line between keeping in touch and just plain being annoying. Alex never came across as that annoying, 'car salesman' type person.
