Of all the reps I have worked with through Rocket Mortgage, Alexander was by far the best. He was personable, answered any questions I had, and I never once felt pressured to pull the trigger on my refi. I would personally only refer Alexander to anyone I know, he's the only rep I've had who worked WITH me to explore my options and make sure I was comfortable with my choice. 10/10
