I have had a wonderful experience with Ali at Rocket Mortgage. Everything was explained to me both verbally and on the Rocket Mortgage site on my documents page. All the documents were signed electronically. They explained to me up front that I would be dealing with teams and I was always given a name and number to call if I wanted to speak with someone. If that person was not available, I was always instructed to hold on and I got another person who had access to my files and was able to answer my questions. I have never had a better customer service experience. I was offered multiple rates vs points options and allowed to choose which one I thought was best for me in my refinance.
