I had been trying to work a cash-out refinance with my current mortgage holder for months, but they just didn't listen to me. When I first contacted Rocket Mortgage/Rocket Mortgage, Ally was the first mortgage service rep who really worked with me to make sure I was able to accomplish everything I wanted with this refinance.
