As a Real Estate agent, I deal with a lot of Lenders. Some online lenders drop the ball and you don't have a point of contact after the process starts. With Alyson, there was not a point where all parties involved in the transaction were left hanging. Everyone was updated as changes occurred in the deal. Overall excellent handling of the loan.
