For Mrs. Palesa Martin part of Rocket Mortgage Purchase team. My family and I have been waiting for over a year long new built construction and was exhausted with the process. However with the "ROCKET" system Rocket Mortgage has, initialy completed by Mr. Hammound, Malek, he had our documents submitted to Mrs. Martin (Processor) within 24 hours. Remind you a year long wait and we had to extend our...For Mrs. Palesa Martin part of Rocket Mortgage Purchase team. My family and I have been waiting for over a year long new built construction and was exhausted with the process. However with the "ROCKET" system Rocket Mortgage has, initialy completed by Mr. Hammound, Malek, he had our documents submitted to Mrs. Martin (Processor) within 24 hours. Remind you a year long wait and we had to extend our lease from rental 4 other times on our 5th request, we where no longer receive an extension and will be homeless if the closing was not on time. Well here a young lady from Rocket Mortgage, Mrs. Martin took our story of desperation to get all the help we needed. She took our story personal, her actions to contact the our builder, closing agency, and building company more than several times to complete our closing on time. Shows her trememdous effort and will always be greatful for what she has done. I simply want to thank you.
1.Lesson Learned; If you have builder out there and states there are benefits to using a prefered lender; They are wrong; USE Rocket Mortgage.
2.Lesson Learned: Rocket Mortgage is a bigger company and able to do "Amazing" things like advertise; belive it; We do; and not afraid to brag about the rates and incentives I received from Rocket Mortgage. So asked you just might received.
3.Lesson Learned; There is no other company like Rocket Mortgage; A year long wait gave us time to compare and ask questions. Rocket Mortgage can not be beaten.
