I called Rocket Mortgage on a Saturday morning to find out about refinancing my home and within a few hours Andrew called me. Andrew was very helpful during the finance process. I ran into an issue with an old loan which took a few weeks to straighten out. Once it was taken care of I waited to hear back from Andrew, but unbeknownst to me our account was given to someone else.
