Our situation was particularly stressful because we were selling one home and buying another, and the closings dates not only needed to match, but the new purchase was contingent on the sale of our home. Our situation was particularly stressful because we were selling one home and buying another, and the closings dates not only needed to match, but the new purchase was contingent on the sale of our home. If we couldn't get them to match, we would have basically been temporarily homeless. Once our home sold, we really had to scramble to find something new, and it had to be within a certain price range. We found something that we really wanted but it was a bit higher than we were initially approved for. As my anxiety level continued to rise in an extreme manner, Andrew was there to calm me down and reassure me that everything was going to work out ok, that he could make this work. He made several calls to me just to see how I was doing and once again reassure me. He's always so calm, I don't now how he does it. Once the closing team took over, they were fantastic as well. I will recommend Rocket Mortgage to everyone I know who is looking to buy a new home. And I will without a doubt direct them to Andrew personally. Very helpful, informative, always answers the phone and bent over backwards to get the loan to close when movers were headed to the new home in another State. That was a tense time for me. Andrew did a very good job for me and if I plan to buy another home I will look for him to handle the process.
