Everything was fast, efficient, and thorough, especially with the Rocket Mortgage app helping to guide us along the way. When you are a buying a home, things can feel overwhelming at times. This was the difference between Angela and other companies : No question was too small and Angela spent a lot of time with us. Angela always made us feel at ease and was sure to answer our questions, no matter how many times we might have brought them back up again (we have a tendency to do that only because we want to make sure we understand everything). Angela was courteous and professional and made us feel welcome, even though we were 1000 miles away. After our first conversation I told her we would call her in 8 months when we were closer to our new home being built, and we did. I always felt like I was dealing with someone I could trust. Everyone told me that buying a home was so stressful and they were wrong... My lender handled everything. I was approved so quickly and Angela was available through the whole process whenever I needed her. Early in the morning, late at night, on the weekend... you name the time and she was there. My only concern is when she sleeps, if she ever does!? Thank you to Angela and the Rocket Mortgage...Everyone told me that buying a home was so stressful and they were wrong...
