Angelo took time to explain the whole refi process and worked diligently with us through a particularly complex refi situation. Plus, he went out of his way to get us the best interest rate. If it weren't for Angelo, the refi would have been way more stressful than it was. I was very impressed with him and the team at Rocket Mortgage.

Angelo was great. What I didn't understand from the beginning is that I would be working with a large number of people throughout the process. I often did not know exactly who to go to when. I had one lady who said she would become my key contact and that she had a team of people to help her. I then begin receiving requests from ????
