The purpose of our engagement was to maximize my HELOC line. Based on the assumed value of $1.3m, you (!) have specified the necessary income level for us to have. We have followed your advise. When the appraiser apprised our house in the range of $1.36m - $1.37m, and I've asked to review/increase the HELOC, instead of assisting us in increasing the line, you have decreased it by $5k down. ...The purpose of our engagement was to maximize my HELOC line.
