Communication was quick and informative in the beginning but became not as engaging towards the tail end of the process when everything was “guaranteed” when I had questions about certain things it took a while longer to get responses compared to when we first started. If communication stayed the same throughout she would have gotten 5 stars, otherwise it was average for me.
